Course Overview

This is a one-day online course presented by Engineering Training and Mentorship using MS Teams. It is designed for professionals across all engineering sectors who are involved in developing, guiding and mentoring engineering personnel.

Course Synopsis

Many organisations aim to implement mentorship programmes to support continuous learning, skills transfer and professional development within engineering environments. However, there is often limited guidance on how to structure and manage an effective mentorship programme.

This course is designed to assist both individuals and organisations in developing practical mentoring skills and implementing mentorship programmes that are structured, measurable and aligned with ECSA requirements.

• Managing stress within mentor–mentee relationships
• The training team and mentorship committee
