Engineering Training and Mentorship is a 100% Black Economic Empowerment company that has been providing professional training and mentorship services to large engineering organisations and individuals since 2013.
Training is delivered either online via MS Teams or in a classroom-based environment, depending on client requirements.
External mentorship services are provided primarily through person-to-person engagement, supported by appropriate social media and digital collaboration platforms.
Guidance on completing Training & Experience Reports, Training & Experience Outlines, and Engineering Reports.
Facilitation of structured training plans aligned to the 11 ECSA outcomes.
Coordination of design projects with reputable design houses.
Performance reviews with recommendations and strategic guidance provided to management.
Comprehensive review of submission packs with professional recommendations prior to final submission to ECSA.
