Engineering Training and Mentorship

We offer engineering training and mentorship to Engineers, Technologists and Technicians.

About Us

Engineering Training and Mentorship is a 100% Black economic company that has provided training and mentorship to large engineering companies and to individuals since 2013.

Training is provided either through on-line via MS Teams or in a classroom setup based on clients’ request.

External mentorship services are provided mainly in person to person together with social media platforms.

Engineering Training & Mentorship Courses

Engineering Finance (I)

This course is a one-day introductory on-line course and is presented by Engineering Training and Mentorship using MS Teams for Engineering Managers, Technical Managers, Engineers, Certificated Engineers, Technologists and Technicians.

Engineering Finance (II)

This course is a one-day intermediate on-line course and is presented by Engineering Training and Mentorship using MS Teams for Engineering Managers, Technical Managers, Engineers, Certificated Engineers, Technologists and Technicians.

Engineering Finance (III)

This course is a two day on-line course and is presented by Engineering Training and Mentorship using MS Teams for Engineering Managers, Technical Managers, Engineers, Certificated Engineers, Technologists and Technicians.

Professional Registration of Mature Candidates with ECSA

This course is a half day on-line course presented by Engineering Training and Mentorship using MS Teams for Mature (more than 10 years in engineering)Engineers, Technologists and Technicians who would like to register for Professional registration with ECSA.

Candidate to Professional Registration with ECSA

This course is presented by Engineering Training and Mentorship on-line using MS Teams for Engineers, Technologists and Technicians who would like to register for Professional registration with ECSA. HR specialists, Training managers and internal mentors will benefit from attending this course.
