Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Training courses presented by Engineering Training and Mentorship (Pty) Ltd.

  1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to establish clear guidelines in the event of cancellation of registration for courses before the start of the training.  This policy outlines the terms and conditions and the approval processes that must be followed.

  • The student must communicate to Engineering Training and Mentorship in writing of the cancellation of the registered course.
  • If the cancellation is lodged within 14 calendar days from start of course, the student has the option of registering for the same course on another future date as per the training calendar or claim a full refund. Should the refund option be exercised, the refund will be made within 7 calendar days to the student, or
  • If the cancellation is lodged within 7 calendar days from start of course, the student has the option of registering for the same course on another future date as per the training calendar or claim a refund of 75% of the course fee.
