Engineering Finance (II)

Course Overview

This is a one-day intermediate online course presented by Engineering Training and Mentorship using MS Teams. It is designed for Engineering Managers, Technical Managers, Engineers, Certificated Engineers, Technologists and Technicians across all engineering disciplines.

Attendees will obtain a certificate of attendance and may claim 1 CPD point with ECSA.

Course Synopsis

This course is presented as an intermediate-level finance course for candidates who already have some financial background and wish to progress towards Engineering Finance (3).

All Engineers, Technologists and Technicians are encouraged to have at least Engineering Finance (2) as part of their professional toolkit.

Note: Candidates attending this course must have basic accounting knowledge or must have completed Engineering Finance (1).

3. Budgeted, Applied & Actual Overheads
4. Introduction to Capital Finance & Capital Budgeting
5. Use of Financial Statements

   Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, Income Statement
