Engineering Training and Mentorship is a 100% Black Economic Empowerment company that has been providing professional training and mentorship services to large engineering organisations and individuals since 2013.
Training is delivered either online via MS Teams or in a classroom-based environment, depending on client requirements.
External mentorship services are provided primarily through person-to-person engagement, supported by appropriate social media and digital collaboration platforms.
Completion of Training & Experience Reports, Training & Experience Outlines, and Engineering Reports.
Facilitation of structured training plans to achieve the 11 ECSA outcomes.
Coordination of design projects with reputable design houses.
Performance assessments with recommendations and strategic guidance to management.
Full review of submission packs with professional recommendations prior to final submission to ECSA.
